Psychosocial Recovery Coaches and Support Coordinators in the Geelong region including Colac and Torquay. 

Front and Centre Support Services is a NDIS mental health provider who provide recovery coaching and coordination services.

We currently have capacity and are taking referrals in the following regions for support coordinators and psychosocial recovery coaches. We have found that frequent face to face contact is the most effective way to support capacity building. Unfortunately we do not offer telehealth support for those who live outside of our service region.
