  • Racquel

    Support Co-ordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

    Racquel has worked in the disability and mental health field for over 10 years. Completing a Diploma of Nursing, jobs within the public health sector led Racquel to realise her passion is supporting people within the NDIS space.

    Racquel enjoys the more meaningful connection and slower pace that working for Front and Centre Supports allows. She has a passion for supporting participants with complex care teams and interacting in the hospital interface space. She also enjoys keeping up to date with the constantly changing home and living space.

    On the weekends Racquel can be found walking her dog Henry (or more correctly, being walked by Henry). She also enjoys listening to podcasts and is forever on the search for the best Chai Latte in Geelong.

  • Jayne

    Support Co-ordinator/ Psychosocial Recovery Coach

    Jayne comes to Front and Centre Supports after working in the community services and disability fields for several years. Jayne’s educational background includes a Diploma of Community Services. She also has carer knowledge of the NDIS supporting three family members on the scheme.

    Jayne is passionate about the mental health space, having spent time volunteering with Support after Suicide Geelong, assisting to support individuals bereaved by suicide and navigating a new world without their loved one. Jayne has also completed training through Roses in the Ocean building a voice of change for suicide prevention and mental health.

    Jayne is passionate about advocating and supporting individuals through their mental health journey. To support our participants to feel empowered and confident to use their voice to advocate for themselves. Jayne enjoys the supportive, wrap-around approach taken at Front and Centre Supports allowing each participant to have quality support from a collective approach.

    In Jayne’s spare time, you will find her spending quality time with her five children and hubby or in the bingo hall with friends. Jayne enjoys a simple life and never takes herself too seriously.

  • Jess

    Community Mentor Team Leader/ Engagement Officer

    Jess comes to Front and Centre Support Services with previous experience as an engagement officer, support coordinator and support worker. Jessica also comes with consumer knowledge of the NDIS, supporting two family members who are participants of the scheme.

    Jess is an admin whiz, who loves making lists and then completing them just as fast. A woman of action, Jess enjoys the behind the scenes work to ensure the best possible outcome for participants.

    On the weekends Jess can be found running after her 3 children. When she gets the chance, Jess enjoys nothing more than a quiet book.
